started eating a shit ton of veggies and lightened up other areas of my diet. i always halfass it and then start killing it out of nowhere.
ended the day with half hour stationary bike sessions sunday and monday night, and tonight i will too. 4 1/2 lbs in a couple days. and for the record, still eating like a horse. haha. BOOM. back to gettin’ Moose as fuck.
